The third phase involves developing an execution plan. We will order and obtain materials, equipment, and workforce needed for the project. The complexity of this stage is dependent on the scale of the project.
The fourth phase involves implementation of the final solution. A pre-construction meeting is conducted to ensure the quality control of the project and that project execution is completed on schedule.
The last phase is to validate that we achieved your goals. At this stage we complete a thorough walkthrough and develop a maitenance plan so you are in full control of the development.
